Are you seeking your true purpose, or wanting to live a more loving expansive life?
Are you concerned about the current planetary and global situation?
These transformative workshops will enable you to find your true direction and create the life you want. You will be empowered to contact your higher self and develop your natural gifts of intuition, creativity and inner guidance.
We will learn and use self- healing and self- development techniques, creative visualisation and heart centred meditations to create a supportive atmosphere for sharing and transformation.
With the help of a small caring group you will be held in a nurturing atmosphere where you can raise your awareness and facilitate both inner and outer changes.

Counselling and Guidance
Would you like greater clarity in your life, more successful relationships, better health or to discover a new sense of direction?
Counselling and guidance can help you untangle the threads of confusion and help you find a way forward, whether it be to do with your life purpose, relationship problems, work, health and stress, or relocation. Through active listening and guidance I can help you release the patterns of the past and find your way to a more fulfilling life. The main emphasis of my work is to help you develop self awareness and empowerment to change.

Relationship/Couples Counselling
I work with both singles and couples to help you clarify and resolve relationship problems, using the same methods as with individual counselling. I help you learn to communicate from the heart, listen actively and use Non Violent Communication in order to understand and meet your own and the other’s needs.

Healing
I use Esoteric and Spiritual healing techniques to channel universal energy through the chakra energy centres, bringing balance and harmony to the physical, mental and emotional bodies. This is a gentle hands-off method, working in your aura or energy field. As the chakras are unblocked and cleared, they begin to work more harmoniously and you are able to access your natural healing balance. Through healing, trauma and stress are released, bringing relief from a wide range of physical illnesses and psychological problems. Where appropriate I also suggest healing visualisations and make up Bach flower remedies for you to take away with you.

All Individual Sessions
Appointments usually last one hour and can be complete in themselves or form part of a series, according to your need. All sessions are confidential.

Cost per hour:
Counselling and Healing: 30 Euros in Spain, £30 UK
Couples counselling: 35Euros or £35
Some concessions negotiable.

Healing Circles

These are weekly drop in evening circles where we create a healing environment enabling us to heal ourselves, send healing to our friends and families, and channel healing energy towards environmental and global issues. Everyone is welcome whether you have experience of healing or not. I will introduce healing methods to those with no previous experience and facilitate the group with guided healing visualisations.

I am starting a new circle in November 2009.
